Company sign-in (SSO)
Your team signs in to Qatip with your company's sign-in: Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace or any other system that supports SAML 2.0. Nobody waits for a separate password or code, and when someone's company account is closed, their access ends with it.
For employees
- On the Qatip sign-in screen (phone, Mac, Windows or qatip.app), choose Sign in with your company (SSO).
- Enter your work email address.
- Your company's familiar sign-in page opens; sign in there and you're back in Qatip, signed in.
The first time, you join your company's Qatip team automatically, with no invite needed. You see the meetings shared to team folders; your own meetings stay yours unless you share them.
If you signed in with an emailed code using the same address before, company sign-in creates a separate account. Once company sign-in is set up, always use Sign in with your company.
Setup for IT teams
Create a new SAML application named "Qatip" in your identity provider and enter:
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Entity ID (Identifier) | https://gwslgnzxmzjzmujohiej.supabase.co/auth/v1/sso/saml/metadata |
| ACS URL (Reply URL) | https://gwslgnzxmzjzmujohiej.supabase.co/auth/v1/sso/saml/acs |
| Service provider metadata | https://gwslgnzxmzjzmujohiej.supabase.co/auth/v1/sso/saml/metadata |
| NameID format | Email address (emailAddress) |
Encrypted SAML assertions are supported; our encryption key is in the metadata.
Then send us:
- Your identity provider's metadata URL (or XML file)
- Your company's email domain (e.g.
yourcompany.com) - Your team's name in Qatip
We connect it, let you know when it's done and try the first sign-in with you.
