Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
After your first report, Pro is on for 14 days. There is no card to enter and nothing is charged when it ends: you go back to the free plan unless you choose one.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account in a few clicks. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you give refunds?
If Qatip isn't for you, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
Who handles the payment?
Payments on the web go through Creem, our merchant of record, which also takes care of sales tax and invoices. In the iPhone and Android apps you pay through the App Store or Google Play.
What happens when I run out of minutes?
Nothing is lost. Recordings are kept, and their reports are written when you upgrade or when the new month starts.
Do unused minutes carry over?
No, minutes start fresh each calendar month.
