Qatip records your meetings — in the room or on a call — and turns them into clear notes: who said what, the decisions, and who does what next. No bot joins your calls.
What it does
- Records on your iPhone, Android phone, Mac or Windows PC. Recordings wait safely on the device until they're uploaded.
- Transcribes the conversation and tells the speakers apart. Name a voice once and Qatip knows it next time.
- Writes the report: summary, decisions, action items and open questions, in the language you choose.
- Answers questions about one meeting or all of them, and finds any meeting by what was said.
- Shares a report with the people who were there, by email or a link, only when you choose.
Calendars
You can connect Google Calendar or Outlook in Settings › Calendars. Qatip then reads only the event happening when a recording starts, to name the meeting and list its attendees in your notes. It never writes to, changes or deletes anything in your calendar, and you can remove the connection at any time. Qatip's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your data
Your recordings and notes belong to your account and are visible only to you and the team you share them with. You choose how long audio is kept, and you can delete your account and everything in it from the app. The full details are in the privacy policy.
