Security and privacy
Meetings carry what a company says behind closed doors. Here is how Qatip treats them.
Where your data lives
Accounts, transcripts, reports and audio are stored with Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Who can see it
Only you, and the people you share a meeting or a folder with. A shared link shows a report only to whoever holds it, and you can turn it off at any time.
How long it stays
You choose how long audio is kept: forever, a year, 90 days, or not at all. Transcripts and reports stay until you delete them. Deleting your account deletes everything in it.
No training on your meetings
Transcription and writing the report run on providers bound by contract to use your data only to answer the request. None of them may train models on your meetings.
Voice memory with consent
A voice is remembered only when you choose to name it. Remove the person and the voice print goes with them.
For teams
Company sign-in through your identity provider (SAML SSO), admin controls for members and shared folders, and a data processing agreement on request. We follow GDPR and Turkey's KVKK.
